How to Purchase E-Gift Cards

Visit our E-Gift Cards page to get started. E-Gift Card purchases do not apply towards promotional offers.

Delivery of E-Gift Cards

  • There are no shipping charges on E-Gift Cards.
  • We will send the E-Gift Card to your recipient via email. The email will include all the information needed on how to use it.
  • We will send you a confirmation email so you know your E-Gift Card has been sent.

TO REDEEM

In Stores:

  • Print a copy of your E-Gift Card or show on your phone at the register when you are ready to check out.

Online:

  • During checkout, look for the section marked "Gift Card/E-Gift Card" on the Payment page. Enter your E-Gift Card number and PIN, then click APPLY.
  • Any unused balance will remain on your E-Gift Card and can be applied to future purchases.

E-GIFT CARD BALANCE

To check your E-Gift Card balance, (1) click the “Redeem Your E-Gift Card” link in the E-Gift Card email; (2) visit any Bath & Body Works (BBW) or White Barn (WB) store in Canada or click here; or (3) call 1-888-684-6412.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This pre-paid gift card is redeemable for merchandise at any Bath & Body Works store in Canada or on BathandBodyWorks.ca only. Use of card constitutes acceptance of terms. Present card at time of purchase in store or provide card number and PIN during checkout online. Purchases will be deducted from card value until balance reaches zero. Card is not valid on previously purchased merchandise, on the purchase of new gift cards, online at BathandBodyWorks.com or in U.S. stores, and may not be used to pay down a credit card balance. Card cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. When merchandise purchased with card is returned, refund will be issued as value on a gift card in accordance with the Bath & Body Works Return Policy. If your card is lost, it cannot be replaced without the receipt. Replacement card will be the value of the card at the time Bath & Body Works fully processes your request. Card is required for all inquiries and purchases.
